Northern Lights – F460

Location: Sausage lake, in Trout Creek, Ontario

This newly renovated comfy cottage is located in Trout Creek on beautiful Sausage Lake and approximately fifteen minutes from the town of South River and Powassan where you’ll find some local shops and restaurants to visit.

The open living space with its tongue and groove pine, comfortable furniture, flat screen Television, DVD player and large windows which view the lake, provide a warm and inviting change of pace from all the outdoor activities you will be enjoying. There is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining area seats nine. The lovely ten by 40 foot deck with canopy faces the lake, and you can relax here in the morning with coffee and barbeque in the evening.

Three bedrooms are located off the living room. The first has a queen bed, the second has a queen and the third bedroom two sets of bunkbeds, both are singles over doubles. Between the three bedrooms there is a four-piece bathroom.

There is a nice grassy area which leads to the wood stairs to the deck landing with a covered canopy and table and chairs for lounging and enjoying the lake views. The four foot by 16 foot dock is perfect for slipping into the beautiful sandy bottom waters. The lake is quiet and there are not a lot of motorboats constantly whizzing by, giving a sense of peacefulness. There is approximately 125 feet of shoreline. The water at the end of the dock is about five feet deep. The dock has sun all day. There is a paddleboat for you to explore the lake or fish.

A fire-pit is located on the grassy area facing the lake and a perfect end to the day for relaxing and late night star gazing.

**Vacationer supplies their own linens: Sheets and pillowcases + Inside towels, kitchen towels and beach towels. Please inquire about other arrangements.

**Paper products: The cottage will provide enough to get you started, but vacationers must supply their own, including toilet paper and paper towels.
